★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to say thank you to Pet -n-Sur, for outstanding service, I been a member since 2001 with having four dogs to the present time.
There service, reported to you that they received your claim, by email, and within two weeks, claim is processed , inform you of it by email.
All information is on the Internet, very easy to talk to them.
To make there job easy, it pays to have history of your dog, email to them, from your vet.
I can’t fault them at all.
I just wish everyone who has any animals, to get them Insurance. It’s a lot of satisfaction that you are in good hands with your vet, and Insurance company. It pays to belong monthly fees arrange.
I will be back once I fine a another dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our cat had fallen from 2 storeys high when he escaped from a slightly ajar bathroom window on the 3rd floor. We were on the free insurance that came with our kitten and Pet-n-Sur provided a hassle free claim process and had even followed up with enquiries on how our kitten is doing. I would thoroughly recommend this insurance company for anyone's pet. We were very happy to sign up with Pet-n-Sur as they'd provided us with a simple, easy-to-understand Rhodium plan.

I was always in tears and they were so supportive and understanding. This is the second time we have gone through this with them and the process was so easy and stress free. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, what a relief i had pet inurance for my cat Cleo. She developed an unexpected illness that i wouldnt have been able to pay for without the insurance, and would to have had her put to sleep which would have been heartbreaking. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had my border collie insured with Pet N Sur for most if his life, he is 9 now. I am not rich, far from it, my dog is my child & my best friend, he means the absolute world to me. We have had a few issues over the years & Pet N Sur have been INCREDIBLE!!!! I honestly don't know if Chester would still be here without them. Whenever I meet a new dog owner on our travels & the conversation is about health & the well being of our dogs I ALWAYS recommend Pet N Sur, they are just amazing. Simple claims process, fast response, great customer service. Please if you are researching Pet Insurance GO WITH THESE GUYS, you won't regret it. This is Terrible insurance company - everything is fine when they were signing me up and convincing me to add on dental cover to my plan… until it came to claiming. Misinformation and no records or notes of the lies I was told by customer service staff about my policy. Every excuse was made to pay the the least amount possible on my claim. No response when I asked the matter to be escalated. I contacted them months later and there were more excuses from the Manager/Team Leader.
They lock you into a contract and don’t give you the choice to opt out - more lies when I asked for my contract to be cancelled. I was able to catch them out in writing this time by searching old emails. No apology of course just defending the fact they had been deceptive, but they cancelled my policy because this time I had proof. - you have to inform them when your policy is about to renew otherwise they lock you in and blame you for not telling them.
I use many insurance companies but this is the worst one I’ve dealt with. You are better off saving a little extra money every week for pet expenses.
