Rachel is knowledgeable, caring and careful, and has a good strong pair of hands. She is very good at explaining muscle and joint functions, and how the treatment will benefit them. She goes out of her way to help you cope with your injury and her diagnosis and her recommended exercises are vey effective .I would suggest her to all my friends and family if they need a good physiotherapist

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marc really takes the time to understand his clients’ injuries while genuinely caring about his clients and works extremely hard towards their recovery. Marc’s knowledge and skills really gave me the confidence to believe in his work. Being injured for a long period of time isn’t the most fun, but Marc continued to give me hope throughout the process and helped me remain positive mentally while taking care of me physically. I’m confident that anyone at Physio Moves is highly recommended as they are led in good practice and a high standard by Marc. Thank you very much again Marc and Physio Moves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my local physio and I have been going there on and off for the past year, with different injuries and with every physio therapist there. Recently I have been lucky enough to have Rachel as my physio, and she is very kind, knowledgeable, funny, attentive, good with advice or recommendations, and worth listening to if she tells you not to do an activity. For other patients I would highly recommend her, and I felt very comfortable with her as she takes times and effort to learn about her patients. Physio moves at botany is a really good place to go to if in need of help, they take care of you like family. Thank you for being a great physio :))
