★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Friday we went to the RV super centre in Albany who had very helpful staff but unfortunately not the product we were after. They contacted this shop to ask them to put aside the item for Tuesday when they were next open. The shop closes at 4.30pm and we turned up before 4pm to find that there were no staff here to help us, only staff for different departments who have no idea how to help us or how to work the computers and couldn't find the item we asked them to hold for us. Super frustrating.
Editing now to change how many stars and update my review. Because of the muck around they helpfully located the item we were after in another store and couriered it to us with no charge. Seems they had a change in staff recently and staff off sick which is why no one was there when we visited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it here. Had lots of the things for our campavan and has an attached RV service centre. Very helpful service & people at the desk. Give a BIG 5/5 for superb service. Soo incredibly helpful. Came out twice at our request to look at our campervan. We are going bck to find more stuff.........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try buying a motorhome during Covid times in Auckland ? Good thing Samar had a sense of humour because in between a gazillion lockdowns it took us a wee while to make a choice... and Samar bent over backwards to ensure we were happy.
We have a steep driveway, and both he, and the guys at the workshop, made the small modifications required so we could park our new Campervan safely on our parking pad... all while dealing with Covid delays and absences. Big ups to the teams at both Auckland and Albany.

Samar, our sales consultant was truely amazing. He looked after our every need. His product knowledge is beyond reproach.
This company has been very good to us both with our previous kea breeze and now this one.
We cannot sing the praises of this company high enough. All the staff we have dealt with from the branch manager to the workshop supervisor to Charles the financial guru the shop sales staff and of course Samar have been so easy to deal with. We cannot thank you all enough.
