★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great way to see the islands. The boat only carries a small group, so we got a lot out of it. Our guide Nick was brilliant, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Great bang for your buck, as we got to snorkel, paddleboard and do some walks. The small group makes for a personalized experience. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adam is a really chill guy and his tour is delightfully minimalist. It's more like a loosely guided excursion. There's a couple short "tour" stops along the route but mostly it's a take what you want sort of affair. Adam and his crew are unpretentious, eager to help and as informative or interactive as you want them to be but hands-off by default. It's the perfect way to let you enjoy the two beautiful stops in your own way and at your own pace. There's enough time to walk, swim, search for wildlife, take photos, picnic, paddle board, snorkel, etc. You'll have a great time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Is the customer always right? No way.
I made a booking and my payment was processed, yet an email said the booking was pending. Tried without luck to contact the company and find out what was going on. Had to phone the information centre to ask them for help. Eventually Adam phoned me (two days before we were meant to be picked up) and told me he'd been trying to get a hold of me for a week and that the trip won't be going ahead. I asked why he hadn't left a voice message or sent a text message. Perfectly reasonable question I would have thought yet he was very defensive and made me feel I was completely in the wrong. An apology would have been nice. Whatever happened to good customer service?
