★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was out in the middle of no where there was not much sound and was very peaceful, but the smell of septic tank wasn't very pleasant, Kitchen was nice with two sinks easily accessible draws and 2 large fridges, the lounge was amazing it was a nice cozy room with a nice warm fireplace running whenever you would like the tv had enough channels, The bathrooms were extremely nice just needed a bit of vacuum and a scrub but toilets very clean and showers clean. Play area suitable for younger children 6- because of size of equipment a nice old quad mounted into the ground for kids and a very old rusty slide I had issues with the trampoline should have a weight limit of 15kgs and below very very sketchy missing a few by few I mean "half" and the resting hanging on by a ripping net "do not recommend bouncing on it", Bedrooms were a good size with 4 bunk beds with a good mattress or you would get a bad mattress. So that's why I'm rating it a 3
