★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for brows and an eyelash perm. Both were done very poorly. My eyebrows ended up being two different shapes with one actually being higher than the other. The lash perm was absolute garbage, I could do a better job myself with a $20 kit from AliExpress.
Just not worth $55 for the experience
I didn’t see girls clean their hands either before tending to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get eye brows threaded and tinted. Showed her a picture and asked if she could do it and she said yes. As she was doing it we talked and she said I could also do the eyelash pump and tint for $55.
So I agreed to do it then pricing kept changing from $55, to $60 to $70 but I ended up paying $75 at the counter because I just couldn't be bothered arguing with them.
It just felt like she rushed everything and I pointed out parts that I didn't like and she would keep telling me that it's done. When clearly it wasn't and I was not happy with it.
For the eyebrow tinting if I wasn't adamant enough in asking her to remove the colour outside my eyebrows I would've left with a mono brow.
I wanted to cut off bits that were sticking out and sharpen the ends a little bit and she kept repeating "it's done dear its done" and she wouldn't even show me the mirror in the end I used my phone.
I should've left when she kept changing the prices and there was a look of dishonesty in her eyes. Towards the end I just felt scammed and unhappy.
I should've read the reviews first. I never write reviews but this experience had been traumatizing. Wish I could give 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BRILLIANT Service - had threading eyes, chin and lip. Also colour to brow. Efficient service for those unfamiliar with threading this is super gentle, you can ask questions get the girls to give you a break but you need to be a responsible client and express needs / concerns/ queries VERY affordable as well ! Lovely aloe vera facial massage at the end. SUGGEST book in advance, try for low peak times , enjoy the great service ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very hit and miss. A couple of the girls are very thorough. However I went this week and this girl rushed through my threading like a house on fire then she quickly whipped out the mirror for me to check. I said to her, have you done it properly, you are very quick. She whipped out the cotton and went over my upper lip again. This is the same girl who tried to upsell me something the last time I went. Lovely clean place but the likes of this girl lets the place down badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place recently, and had a terrible experience with the lady who rushed through the job and was only interested in how much $$ she could cough out of me. On the day I went there was a promotion running for $45 full face with smoothening but she charged me individually for forehead eyebr upperlips and sides which turned out to be upwards of the said amount and didn't do any exfoliation or cleaning etc which was available in that pricing. When I came home and saw the receipt, I felt completely ripped off. Exorbidant pricing for a very mediocre job and no sense of customer satisfaction. Don't remember the name of the lady but just that she was from Gujarat. Awful customer service. Never coming back to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here for years for eyebrow thread/tint and eyelash tint. It’s such a gamble every time. Sometimes it’s absolutely great and I’m so happy but other times my eyebrows are completely ruined. Yesterday I asked for a very light tint and thread and walked away with basically black brows that were uneven and have completely changed the look of my face. I’m really over the inconsistency and will not be returning. Can’t wait to do Xmas and New Years looking like I used a vivid on my brows ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for eyebrows lamination for the first time and I’m not sure if I paid $90 for laminate eyebrows or just eyebrows threading because it doesn’t look like eyebrows lamination. SO DISAPPOINTED ☹️ This was 10minutes after getting it done ?
