About Techpro Limited (Albany)
Currently we have fully functional repair lines for Apple IPhone, IPad, Samsung, Huawei, Mi and Oppo. We are actively expanding the service to cover more lines of digital devices. We have repair centres throughout the country that support drop off and courier. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Had a repair done which caused even more problems less than 24 hours after being ‘fixed’ for a hefty fee. The person there denies any responsibility when anything goes wrong and just asks you to call management but when you do, you receive the same response. It usually takes exceptionally poor customer service experience for me to actually go out of my way to review a business. I really don’t wish to leave a negative review if I don’t have to. I hope I can be constructive rather than critical, but for the sake of your integrity, please review some of your ‘policies’ that directly contradict the Consumers Guarantees Act.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted several phone repairers re having a battery replaced in my Google Pixel. Most estimated a time of up to a month to get new battery from o'seas. Techpro Albany reckoned it could be up to a fortnight but to bring my phone in, just to be sure they ordered the correct one. I did this and got a call within 24hrs to say new battery had arrived and to bring phone in and it would be fitted within 90 mins. True to their word job was done. I am very happy with the quality of their service all round.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there couple weeks ago because my phone was not working and the guy there his name is raj deep was really helpful and he fixed my phone fast in 25 minutes and the service was really good. Even price rate is really affordable. Best experience ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my I phone 13 pro to repair the back screen. Had to leave it there for a week waiting for the part, but the repair was terrible. They didn’t glue it properly, it glued with gaps and ridges all around the phone so it wasn’t flat. . Even though I had kept it in the rubber bands as advised for 2 hours, I left it for 12. I took it back to see if it could be redone, I was told it’ll never be water proof anyway so there wasn’t much of a fuss trying to re-do it, as I was worried about dust and water entering through the gaps.
Unfortunately it ended up cracking again, while INSIDE my protective case, because it landed on one of the lifted edges.
Customer service wasn’t great either, I was hung up on, when I was trying to ask for an update on my phone since it was there for a whole week..

since i cant reply to you answer... I just had my phone repaired elsewhere in ONE day i might add! I was told you left a shard of glass at the back of my phone. Which is why it didnt seal properly and why the back of my phone lifted.
PS. The point of my review wasnt to seek a "free" repair from you.. especially since you couldnt even clean the excess glue you left all over my phone.
This is just a warning to others.
You put more effort into your google review replies, than your actual work and customer service. That says alot lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst repair shop I have ever been to.
I have paid $230 for My galaxy note 10 replaced charger port, battery, and speaker.
After being repaired nothing has changed faults were the same.
The speaker does not even work anymore...
So I took my phone to the henderson tech pro branch.
After 3days later speaker was fixed but the charger port and battery fault were still the same.
I have wasted my time 4days, they didn't say sorry at all, they think a refund is the best option.
But now my phone's waterproof function not working anymore.
Please don't go to tech pro. They are not a professional repairer.
Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went Techpro to fix my daughter's broken phone screen for her Samsung S21 Ultra and these guys helped me a lot. They are very honest and replaced my daughter's phone screen with a premium one. The other shop where I made the phone fix before is definitely a scam since they replaced it with a defective and not premium. But Techpro is honest mobile repair shop in Albany. I will probably go back and replace my other phones screen here. Thank you so much Techpro, All the best! They are very professional and highly recommended!
