Staff was rude, didnβt change gloves until we asked (as we are vegetarian and she had made a meat sub with the same gloves - base wrap sheet was the same in the end). Didnβt ask if we wanted the wrap to be grilled, we usually get asked at each subway. The filling was sprinkles (of carrot & olives for example). No name tags & didnβt even offer to give me my bill. Staff whilst in back were prepping food without mask - surely this is a breach? Canβt say the name of people as they didnβt have name tags.
I highly recommend to go spend your hard earned money elsewhere - where at least the quality of food is good.

β β β β β The worst customer service, one was on her phone and one other was at the fridge, we called out to order after waiting and they both told us to wait then continued to ignored us. Would give negative stars if that were an option. Donβt come here, they do not deserve any of your money.

β β β β β Never visit this place - bunch of rudest staff at one place, first they will make you upgrade your sub with combo and ones paid they will let you know that that you can't refill the drinks. You can only do one time. Strange behaviour.

Today and asked to make foot long and cut them into 2 halves afterwards. But at checkout they charge me seperately for 2 6β sub which does not make sense.
Moreover, staff is so rude and make worst subways. Not happy to add proper veges in the sub neither change their gloves while preparing new sub.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Dont fool the customers!!!!!

β β β β β The WORST sandwich I've ever had. The staff definitely lacks training. I think it's very hard to fail at making a decent sub.
After going through the reviews, I believe the management just don't seem to care.

β β β β β Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else, any other options in DressMart is better than this. I'm a regular Subway customer but this one does not offer your regular Subway customer service and definitely not the regular price. Menu items are 10-30% higher than other branches. I should have clicked and left when the staff were busy arguing with previous customers. Really gobsmacked with their rudeness. Feel sorry for the other customers with young kids.
