The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
When I went there to buy my Ford Everest, everyone was like super friendly.
There were no floor mats in the vehicle and Emma, the person who was dealing with me at that time, said she will order the mats for me and I can pick them up within a couple of weeks
After one year when i went for my first service they said the same thing that they will order and will contact me.
Im still waiting………..
It’s been more than a year now and I am still waiting for the floor mats. She is not even answering the calls no replies to any of my emails and messages.
Such a disappointment…
