★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was failed on my WOF for the ABS light not coming on at startup. I told the tester that I didn't think the car had ABS but he insisted that it did and I had to get it checked out. After getting the car checked I was informed that it does not in fact have ABS.
When I took the car back in I asked about getting reimbursed for the unnecessary check and was told that management was away for a week and I would have to come back after that. There was no system for lodging a complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to go for a COF. The service was quick and the staff friendly. I left my bus for them to drive over the pit.. Not me, haha. Went away for an hour, came back and all done. Thanks guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son went there today 8/09/2020 to deregister his vehicle had the plates paperwork everything was good to go, lady said we do not accept cash because of level 2 no signs up display this fact what a waste of time. He commented when he got home " if level 2 is such a risk why wernt they wearing masks"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a pre-purchase completed on a car I bought.
At the end of the service the guy said its fine condition but there is a noise he doesn't understand. I also ask him about the diesel engine and he doesn't even know its diesel. This is after the inspection was complete!!!
After buying the car, my own mechanic said the air filters were stuffed and the wheel alignment was obviously out with worn tyres to prove it. What a waste of money even getting the car checked. I hope nothing else pops up. Would go here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the front office a self-help area provides all necessary forms required. Register for testing at office counter, make payment, drive vehicle to rear of building to stop sign for testing, wait for instructions. A side door leads to seating, viewing, front office. I have found all Testing Staff very helpful, efficient, easy to talk to and answer any quieries, polite and courteous.
