β β β β β Awesome customer service experience. Knowledgeable staff. The manager explained about the vast range of diamonds along with β why they are different β. The diamonds were shown to me with professional style with delicacy.
Will recommend to all the people out there who want to shop for jewelry specially diamonds.

β β β β β I normally receive exceptional customer service here. However, I was extremely disappointed on the day I picked up my birthday gift ordered by my partner. The lady who served me was far from friendly and unprofessional. She rudely handed me the ring without a box or a bag and seemed annoyed that I even asked for one! This is supposed to be a present and more focus is needed on creating better customer experience.

β β β β β Sophia treated my now wife and I absolutely amazingly - top customer service.
My wife had absolutely no experience in what rings she liked and Sophia was very patient and helpful, really taking the time to understand what we liked and didn't like. She brought a selection of rings she recommended based on our tastes to the store to really give us a sense of what options were available. She handled our budget constraints with tact and we never felt pushed.
Naturally we returned to buy my wife's wedding ring!
This review is a bit delayed - we shopped in September and December last year.

Walker&Hall is the best quality chain store I've found in NZ, topped with reasonable prices and excellent service. Sophia at Sylvia Park gave experienced and professional advice which made choosing designs a breeze. She was efficient in organising the order, engraving and delivery despite the covid situation, and kept me informed every step of the way. Couldn't have asked for better!

Recommended for their quality of diamonds and stones.

β β β β β My first time purchased a 3.44 ct D-F VS Jubilee bracelet in this store this week and would like to say how impressed and was delightfully surprised at the selection and quality of goods this store has offered. The quality exceeded my expectations when I saw first hand with the bracelet that I had made the right choice. Based on every aspect of customer service this store has given, especially the salesperson Xenia that i wanted to give thanks to her, as she paid attention and listened carefully to what i really wanted in my bracelet requirements. Appreciate the honesty of her, the great attitude, her passion and enthusiasm about jewelry which helped me a lot on choosing the right one. I am not only happy with the bracelet i bought in this store, but also am happy with the serving of salesperson Xenia.
Well done and i will definately come back for another good quality jewelry in this store.
