★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I almost had a heart attack and am feeling so sick due to my health condition based on the most arrogant and totally cold blooder and evil behaviour of a staff member who is no less than a branch manager. I am so hurt, and the employee (witness along with my wife) was so embarrased and sad at the whole situation. This cold blooded arrogant name is B. And my only hope is Karma to get back to what he deserves and that is, may How Universe weights and calculated everything give him cold bloodness and iditoic arrogance back in every aspect of his visibly not so happy life. For a happy person doesn't ruin or endanger people's lives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service and unable to help resolve problems. Do not waste your time with this bank or branch. I opened a new account with them, which was an arduous process, then they lost my bankcard, then they charged me a courier fee for the card they lost, then they can't verify my phone number, then they tell me wait 1 month to do international transfer - 2 months later still not able to do....Avoid this business if you value your time and money.

But my experience is quite different.
Awesome staff, very nice service. Approved and disbursed my loan quite fast.
Very nice dealing by the Kiwi lady in the front counter (don’t know her name). And very friendly and hussel free dealing by Shevlina.
Appreciate and Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to open an account on Saturday. Had no idea I needed an appointment to open a basic account and no one wanted to even try and help, check if someone was available to do it! Unbelievable!

Need to take an appointment for customer service.
