This is an amazing track if you want great backcountry scenery and a challenging ride with plenty of good climbs ( up to almost 1000 mts altitude ) and long stretches of grade 4 downhill
The air is fresh and the trees are large and the rivers and streams crisp and clear
Nature at its best in NZ
And some historic huts to view along the way
Pure bliss
