★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really helpful and friendly staff on reception. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with mountain views, comfy beds, great showers and Mark & Anton are the most obliging hosts you would hope to meet. Highly recommended. A big thank you guys - we really enjoyed our stay.

Only 3 stars worth as the quality was not good with sagging mattresses, torn curtains, cheap gadgets and non lockable Ensuites. The self serviced kitchen is not something you would want to do when you are on a holiday. But great location though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived around 5pm without a reservation. Called the number and an amazing staff member arrived shortly after. We were upgraded to a family 2 bedroom suite, with an amazing nightly rate. Room facilities were awesome, clean and spacious. The kids were stoked to have Netflix, as we had been tenting for almost 2 weeks. Definitely recommend.. the Keas on the roof the next morning were the cherry on the cake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not many places you step out the door of your room and have this sort of view. Nothing short of spectacular. Between this and the Kea (critically endangered bird) literally walking around freely, this is a magical place to be and stay. The facilities of the Motel are good. Always clean and accomodating. Rooms are a very generous size. The owners and staff are always a pleasure to talk to.
