By far this is one of the worst courier companies in NZ. Given their rating, I have no clue why eCommerce stores still pick these guys for their deliveries. I ordered something off Mocka and it was shipped in Two packages. So both were shipped on the same day from CHCH to AKL. Both were in the same courier and bound to AKL. But I never got the second part of my order. So I received half of a bed that I got no use of whatsoever. Contacted their call center and they always say that they gonna come back with an update in the afternoon. if you are a business using this courier company, you are going to loose many customers. I can see there are so many negative reviews without a single response from Castle Parcel. This explain how much they care about their customers. Update- Mocka sent out a seperate courier to replace my missing part after 2 weeks of arguments(Through NZ post ). Weeks went by and guess what arrived after a month? My missing 2nd bed part. Once again I have an extra half of a bed that I got no use of. Lol

Absolutely appalling delivery company. Our items were expected and with the driver on the 16th - that's fine - drives down our driveway - okay, we are numbered 8B and he goes to 8a. The thing is, 8A is a construction site where the house is stripped. A card for re-delivery was left. Called the same day and was assured that the delivery would be with us on the 18th. Called on the 18th and they said they would get it sorted. now 3.30pm on the 18th and no word or changes to the tracking. Can't believe business's rely on a business that has 1.5 stars.

Of there was a 0 zero option it would be that. The delivery guy signed his own name when he left it at the door and just left. Legitimately a waste of space. Have called multiple times about my lost package but none answered my emails or phone calls.

Delivered my item on 28 of April according to Track & Trace - the courier's vehicle tracking system shows it's been delivered to our neighbor - but they unaware of it. Been almost a month now and Castle Parcel has yet to come back with an apology or a resolution on how the matter can be resolved

We had a second hand computer from CR Tech delivered by Castle Parcels. This was well labelled as fragile. The courier driver actually threw the package onto our deck - we could hear it from the upstairs bedroom. Fortunately we have a camera which monitors the deck and he was caught on camera which i have a copy of if the company is interested to see it. But looking at the other reviews i doubt they would be interested

Horrible experience of waiting for items to be delivered since 24/12/21. 7 boxes were being delivered only 3 came first and 2 more delivered that afternoon. 2 more boxes were left sitting at their warehouse and no contact made from them to me regarding the last 2 boxes. 3 weeks later after an investigation is completed, the remaining 2 boxes are still sitting in their warehouse and I am now told they have a back log of items which could possibly take a few weeks to get through....absolutely disgusted by their lack of professionalism and communication. Will ensure I never buy from companies that use your service!

Horrible company. They remind me of Fastway Couriers in terms of their incompetence. The company took 2 weeks to deliver my package because it got lost. And they only made an effort to find it because I kept hassling them about it. When the driver came to deliver the item he just left it on the front step in a puddle despite the package requiring a signature. Plus, he did not knock on the door. I just happened to see him, and that’s how I knew the item was outside, otherwise it could have easily been stolen.

Thee most unprofessional courier company I have dealt with!! The track and trace does not get updated. I’ve been emailing all week and got a reply once from an actual person! 1 reply out of my 6-8 emails I sent. Was told my parcel was scanned on Wednesday and with the driver and to expect delivery Thursday. This was not shown on the track and trace! When I emailed the lady back (which she told me to if I hadn’t received my parcel by 3pm on the Thursday) I kept getting automotive replies! It’s past the 5 business working days and you STILL have my parcel! Ridiculous!! Since you can’t reply to customer emails hopefully this review will catch your eye and you’ll do something about it!!
