โ โ โ โ โ A memorable experience unfortunately for all the wrong reasons but Andrew and Emily sorted it out in the end. Note these are older cars, if you're ok with that and just looking for something out of the norm. then give it a go, this isn't a standard hire car company it's a small family run set up so don't expect the ordinary. โ โ โ โ โ I used a car from devine rentals one a trip from auckland to wellington a few weeks ago. The staff I met in auckland was a very helpful guy who not only just gave me the key but did answer all the questions I have about the features & operation of the car. afterall it was the first time I was driving a Mercedes that too so flashy. It was such a great car to drive. The best part I loved about Devine rentals is even though I reached wellington almost 7 hours later than the time I informed initially, they still accepted to receive the car after hours at no extra cost and a gentleman came to get it around 10 o' clock at night. He was such a polite, friendly and caring gentleman who was kind enough to even drop me to my motel as it was late and I didnt know anyone wellington and next morning I had to take a flight. Later on I found out that the gentleman actually was the father of the owner of the company. Such an experience to have from a car rental company. highly highly recommend to everyone.

โ โ โ โ โ Having booked a holiday to New Zealand to visit relatives in Christchurch, we planned a 5 day road trip around the South Island. I found Devine Rentals on the internet after looking for something out of the ordinary to hire for the road trip. We had initially booked the BMW M3 convertible for the trip but on the day of collection it was upgraded at no extra cost to a BMW M6 convertible ?
At the point of handover Emily explained the features of the car, there was an issue with the electric roof which was resolved after a couple of phone calls. This was caused by a loose connection on a sensor. The issue did not reoccur while we were using the car. The M6 was the perfect choice to travel around our planned route and despite the size of the engine and power output, it was reasonably economical returning 24 mpg over the 1,500k that we covered.
Happy to recommend Devine Rentals is you are looking to hire a special car to travel around an amazing country.
Thank you Andrew and Emily for making a great road trip even better than expected.

โ โ โ โ โ Was looking for a car to rent at last minute and found Andrew and Emily who were extremely flexible and found me a car. Audi s3. I rent it for 5 days. Didnโt have any problem with the car at all. And I had an amazing time
They took the time to explain me how it worked and do the papers.
It was my first car rental and I felt really relax with them. ( 1st time can be really stressful specially with a beautiful car )
I thanks them a lot! And will come back to them next time I need a car.
I really recommend them.

โ โ โ โ โ I have recently went to South Island and I have to say thank you to Devine Rentals as they made my trip x100 better. I drove their Porsche Boxster and it was a fantastic machine to drive, no issues what so ever. The management team were very professional and very friendly.
