★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff could be friendlier... Asked a simple question with a smile and the response from the cashier was as if I killed their dog. If EB Games is going to survive as a physical store, it's going to be due to the service, because it definitely won't be due to price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was trying to buy Tony Hawk Pro skater 1 +2 remaster at jb hi fi as it was cheaper than EB. However they didn't have it so I went to EB. I asked if they did a price match and they do so I got it at the same price as jb ?

The attendant when asked didnt give the time of day as if to say he judged us as if we didnt have money...and seemed as if he couldn't be bothered helping us.
Well that was the last time we are going there!!! We came in to buy and not to have an attendant with bad attitude...
Oh well we ended up at JBHI and they were exceptional...
