Booked and paid for a 2020 Kia, when I picked up the car they gave me an old, very tired 2005 Toyota Yaris in rubbish condition.
Voiced that I was not happy with this and they refused to provide the car I paid for.
BEWARE!

β β β β β Great service! Great staffs, very friendly and accommodating. The agent who look after our booking was very honest and given us discount w/ our car insurance. We booked for Toyota Estima but they upgraded our car and give us a premium van instead to our surprised. Affordable car rental price. Highly recommended!
I suggest booked directly through their website and never used the third party Airport rental website for booking please as they do asked me for deposit to reserve the car yet Ezu rental didnt knew about it. Ive emailed airport rental for my money back yet I have not heard back from them. Left a compalint to the airport rental staff who took my calls for dishonesty and rudeness but no one gotten back to me.
Its very sad that some third party companies will give a bad ratings and empression to those companies who are working so hard to serve their customers and genuine to they clients.
But EZU Rentals! You guys rock!

β β β β β Booked with this company through Discover Cars and it was so easy! They are a short drive from the airport but are very responsive and have a shuttle service - we didnβt have to wait any longer than 10mins. Both pick up and drop off for the rental was easy and hassle free. The car itself was in good and clean condition, not the one we booked but it was a good substitute and fuel efficient - thank god. It was basic but thatβs all we needed and it was fair for the price. Staff were friendly and accomodating - we called to say we would pick up our rental car an hour or two after the booked time and they said it wasnβt a problem and picked us up promptly when we were ready. Keep in mind, they do charge an after hours fee of $50 if you pick up or drop off outside of their office hours ($100 if both are outside office hours). They also put a $1000 block on your credit card at the time of pick up, which they refund you on return - things I knew before I booked as I did my research. Highly recommend if youβre after a good, cheap and basic rental car!

β β β β β We have recently returned from our South Island roadie. We used EZU Rental Cars - Christchurch Airport for our rental vehicle. We received fantastic service - quick and easy, great friendly staff who explained everything clearly. Would definitely use them again in the future.

β β β β β What a great company to deal with!! From the time we arranged to collect the car we were treated with a friendly smile and the car was started and made ready for our holiday. No problems during our two weeks, but was sure that they would be there to assist in any way. We will hire again.
