★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, no shuttle to airport, the hotel shuttle bus service does not operate for early flights and reception couldn't tell us that. Rooms with twin beds are tiny and there isn't enough space for 2 adults and 2 large suitcases. Anyone tall or large has trouble in the shower with elbows banging the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does what is says on the box...almost. I would have expected an airport hotel to specifically cater to travellers who are arriving late and jet lagged and need things to be simple. Room is tiny.
No space to put the suitcases but needed to unpack to find shampoo, toothpaste ( all the stuff you might expect a traveller to need after having travelled for 30 hours) , which weren't provided for.
Two sachets of coffee in a room booked for 5. I really needed a coffee before driving home and the shops were closed for Anzac day.
Natural air wold have been great after having been cooped up in a plane.
Bed was comfy and room was clean. Quiet.
Some added comfort such as plenty of coffee, shampoo, soap would have gone a long way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes it's budget and the rooms were small, but they were clean and the location is excellent. Staff is helpful and friendly. The shuttle bus to the airport easy and convenient. I will definitely stay at Ibis again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is okay nothing spectacular great but does offer enough amenities for the rooms. The rooms are just too small for an airport budget hotel. The bathroom was fairly small. The beds are too close to the walls. It also has a bit of an off smell to it. However location was so convenient next to the airport. The yellow bus was a great advantage to the airport however it does have gap time during the early afternoon from late morning which can be a disadvantage for those who have flights at that time. Because taxis won't be able to give you a lift in most cases as it too close for them. Overall hotel not so bad, not so great but its close to everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in, but for an overnight stay in between flights was fine. The only place to open my case was on the floor by the door. Very little communication at front desk on arrival or leaving. Room clean and tidy, bed was comfortable. No complaints other than that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, clean tidy rooms. Close to everything you may need for an overnight stay. Only issue. Shuttle service to airport is not family friendly. I was the first to arrive waiting for bus and was left without a seat due to pushy people thinking of themselves. This service should think about offering a number ticket system so people aren't left stranded like we were with two kids running late for our flight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK, so the room we had was not big at all. But value for money was good, given a reasonably late booking, so can't complain.
However, where the ibis budget really impressed, was how helpful the staff were. Nothing was too difficult. They helped us print off a bunch of critical documentation for our flight, stored a huge number of bags safely overnight and were super friendly with our exhausted kids. Thanks so much!
