★ ★ ★ ★ ★ been there twice messed up order both times so had to drive back both times even though we paid for delivery cause the driver said she couldn't come back cause she was busy and they also didn't bother answering the phone both times... my advice is to stick to bank street kfc . won't be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were told to wait a few minutes for the chips in our orders. Unfortunately, when we got the bag, we had 1 missing item (small chips). We had to drive back and they kindly apologised and upgraded it to regular chips.
Apart from that mistake, the chicken was fresh and crispy, the burger and chips was good, and the staff were nice compared to the usual experiences I had with the Banks Street KFC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken was dry and inedible. Tasted like it had been deep fried a few times. Fries were limp. Only thing worth eating was the roll. Last time I had KFC was 20 yrs ago in the States and it was quite nice. Those days are obviously gone. I'll never try another KFC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visit what discusting behavior we orderd 3× 3pc courter pack with a large potatoe and gravy, there mash and gravy was just gravy and because of our fussy child she cried so reverse back in and told them to open it and look themselves. They gave us attitude and talk behind our backs with other staff?? very angry. Will not visit again. I'll just stick to bank street less there more friendly. First impression staff dont look like they don't want to serve us but happy to get paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting tonight. Was not overly impressed. Chicken was soaked in oil at bottom of bucket, chips were cold with NO SEASONING after asking for extra seasoning and the potato and gravy was horrid! Potato was like a table spoon thick as and the gravy filling the rest of the container clumpy as hell. Not a nice experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the 3 pce quarter pack. No moro bar or coleslaw. I did ask that they ensured my chicken was a decent size this time as my last order the chicken was so small. Unable to get anyone to answer the phone. Pretty disgraceful service I certainly won't be coming back. Very disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No American Express acceptance (is that even allowed for a KFC franchisee?) No coleslaw. No serviettes provided in meal nor any dispensers. Food ok, disappointing portions and poor value as with most KFC restaurants in NZ these days. Always a ~10 min wait in store (don't even try the drive through when busy), seemingly due to disorganised kitchen as the staff are constantly calling to each other about certain items holding up orders
