★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous view of the blue and green lakes. If you go there on just the right fray the difference between the 2 lakes is very marked. The Punga ferns are also very beautiful up the mountains

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BREATHTAKING Lake..!! You HAVE to do the circumference [bush] walk around the lake and pristine wildlife..it is SOOO peaceful and a wonderful sight to take in. The lake is BLUE(!) and very calming!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is stunningly beautiful and the walk was nice too. It was hard to find the looping trail back around to the lookout carpark though so keep going around and follow the path along the road; it leads you back into the bush to continue. If you start from the carpark and follow the trail instead of going down the stairs then I recommend taking the stairs slowly, after the long walk they feel like mountains. Roughly 2 hour walk if you go slow and stop for pictures. 1.5 if you walk at a fair pace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An easy 1.5hr trail walk mostly through the forest around the lake with a small section of road leading up to the lookout, where to the left is the Blue Lake and to the right the Green Lake. There is a great BBQ/picnic area just near the car park with an absolutely stunning view across the lake that is definitely worth stopping for lunch at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful view. The blue color is best when the sun is out. There is a nice walk around the lake which takes about 1h (different starting points), but the view is right next to the parking lot. If you want to go for a swim, it's about a 5 minute walk downhill from the viewing point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crystal clear water. Everything you could want here for a family day. Airstream Cafe, fishing, canoes available, 5.5km walk around the lake, and swimming. Take your jet ski, boat, and paddle board. PS, don't forget your sunnies, sunscreen, and camera.
