★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A weekend conference during testing times with Omicrom. The hotel and staff went above and beyond to make our visit safe and every attention to detail was covered. The staff were friendly, the food was delicious and the environment clean and welcoming. The conference facilities were fabulous with all technology requirements offered in order for the conference to run smoothly with both in house and online attendees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff were amazing and friendly. Service was great, room was clean with everything you may need for short stay . The WiFi connection in the room need little bit of improvement and the location is great to walk around Wellington CBD. 2min walking to Cuba st where's all the Bars/restaurants

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely ladies at reception, so handy to everything Welly has to offer. Lovely to see some friends, sprained my ankle but well looked after by best friend. Although spent little time in room was clean and tidy. Thank you Welly Mecure AT, Loved it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would probably pay more to stay in a better hotel. The rooms had no air-conditioning neither microwave at all.
I was given free upgrade by one if a lady staff(,gentle) wore glasses for free.
The walls in the room are very thin. Easily hear pple talking. Bit run down.
Otherwise beds are comfy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great, bed was comfy and our room had aircon and it was relatively cheap. So for a cheap and cheerful one night stay it was fine. Staff were friendly enough but hard to find, felt like we waited at the desk for ages anytime we went down and we only got one key which was slightly annoying as you need it to use the lift. Parking was an additional cost which was not clear when I booked on their website and was $28. What can you do. Check out was at 11 so that was nice.
Overall, the hotel was very worn, while our room was clean there was torn and stained carpet, grease drips on the back of the door from the closet and walls have chipped paint, etc. Also laundry bags and discarded food plates were in the wall way for our stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for a couple of nights with my grand-daughter, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and greeted us everyday. We were pleased with the room and my grand daughter loved the spa bath. We had all the necessities you need and a very enjoyable stay, with internal access to the Staten Eatery restaurant next door who were also very lovely and great food! I would stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable accommodation. Really helpful and wonderful staff. Nice big rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent location. The bathrooms need an upgrade. Access to the basement laundry was difficult as only one lift takes you down there. You can’t get cash out to use the dryers. No information book in the room so hard to find out room service options. There was a brochure with a QR code that takes you to the restaurant menu but it didn’t match the restaurants website menu. No air conditioning and this made our stay quite uncomfortable. The fan had to be turned on 24/7 but the room temperature was consistently above 26 degrees.
