★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend Omega Rentals for your next trip - super affordable, easy booking process and great staff. A smooth transition from Queenstown airport via shuttle, to collect our vehicle, with same to be said on delivery in Christchurch. Clean and tidy condition, with the benefit of being unmarked and including a boot cover (something we've found difficult in rentals). Definitely will be utilizing again on our next wee trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pick up from the airport was quick and easy, as was the drop off upon returning the car. Staff were efficient and the car was in clean and well maintained state. Price was competitive, especially once you factor in the insurance access reduction. Have used Omega rentals in different cities and will happily do so again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little car: the Toyota Aqua Hybrid went over 700km on a tank of petrol.. Yes, it is a few years old, but it drove really well and Omega Queenstown were fine to rent from (we also used them from Nelson last year). They pick you up at the airport and take you to their depot to do the paperwork. We wanted to drop off after hours for our late return flight, so I dropped off the passenger and luggage at the airport, and left the car and the key at their depot (40 minute walk back to airport). All good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service with very reasonable prices. The shuttle from the airport was fast and easy with the paperwork only taking a minute, plus the car was as advertised - clean too. It is very nice that their cars don’t have any rental advertising them unlike other companies as that can make them more prone to theft.
Perhaps my only complaint with a late model Corolla was the speed alerts - if you don’t brake fast enough going through a speed change, or if speed gets higher than what is set on cruise control it always audibly tells you to obey all traffic rules which gets very annoying after some time! It is very sensitive so if there was an option to disable it that would be a plus. I will certainly be using them again next time I need a rental car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've rented from Omega once before in Wellington and it was a great service so thought I'd look no further for Queenstown. Everything went without a hitch. They picked us up from the airport quickly, gave us the car and told me to take photos of the car in case of any disputes as I didn't opt in for the excess waiver. I did and I didn't have any problems at the end.
When I wanted to extend the hire by 2 days they did some juggling and said no problem. Then, when my family and I had to go into isolation for a few days, I suggested they come and get the car as it was sitting doing nothing they said they would. No problem. Then I remembered we had to go for Covid testing the next day! I rang back and said could we keep it a bit longer. They said no problem, keep it until we go and there would also be no extra charge. This was amazing news as we were already incurring extra costs in accommodation and airport car parking back home! Highly recommend this company for their service, friendliness, quick communication, and pricing. Very competitive. Thanks team, you were a great help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the boxes ticked. Amazing staff that helped out with pickup and drop, very quick no hassles. The car was totally to our expectations, as requested. Our first trip to Queenstown and I wanted a good rental car for the whole driving experience and comfort for the whole family. One can never go wrong with a Rav4 and ours was a luxurious model with all the bells and whistle. Very well maintained and I loved driving it.
Had to extend the rental for an extra day and the team made it happen, no problems.
Full points to the Omega team for providing us with an excellent vehicle at an affordable rate. You guys have found yourself a permanent customer. Thanks for being an essential part of our memorable journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy as! Arrived at Queenstown airport and was picked up in 5 minutes. Omega rentals is just down the road from airport. Signed some paperwork and was off on my merry way in about half an hour after arriving. Car was better than what I was expecting for the price. Dropped the car off and after a 1 minutes check of the car they dropped me off at the door of the airport. Honestly it couldn't be much easier and better value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything went well. we were collected by the van at Queenstown Airport and taken to the Omega depot. We received the car within about 10 minutes, we had a Toyota Vitz which was fine, nice and easy to drive. We extended the the rental of the car whilst we had it, this was as simple as making a call to Omega and they then charged the extra to my credit card. Drop of was nice and simple, we were then dropped back to the airport by the van.
