★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tracy is not only an extremely knowledgeable local, but she is also the kindest, sweetest, funniest host you could ever hope to have pick you up, drop you off, or drive you around National Park. Cannot recommend her service highly enough - without which we would’ve been stuck at the end of the TAC, exhausted, with no food, water or accommodation for miles around.

The groups I have guided have returned yearly and utilise National Park Shuttles for good reason. Punctuality, convienient, comfortable and I think most importantly a genuine caring and knowledgable driver in Tracey. A credit to your company and indeed to the shuttle industry as a whole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To the Operator of National Park Shuttles. Our pick up was on 29th Dec. You didn't ever return any of my phone calls. I haven't seen any refund either. Looks like there is someone else that you let down also!
DON'T BOOK WITH THIS OPERATOR, USE SOMEBODY ELSE. Had a booking with National Park Shuttles for a pick up from the Ketetahi private car park at 0730. Tried calling them the day before to confirm the pick up. Did not answer phone. Voice messages left but no called returned. Tried calling them again on day of pick up. All calls still going to voice mail. Never called back and did not turn up. Luckily we got a lift with another operator otherwise our trip would have been ruined. They never responded to any of the messages. BEWARE!

Options to refund or transfer the booking to another day. Tracey was absolutely lovely on the phone. Thanks for saving us the drive to National Park!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our group of 7 very eager and tired wanna be badasses arrived to the national park at 6am without making any arrangements in how to get to the Tongariro Crossing. Luckily we saw this bus with a phone number on it and we called it without expecting them to answer. To our surprise they did and in just 30 minutes we were picked up and beginning our first great walk of the year. Tracey on the phone organized our pick up and Thomas our driver got us there while pointing out where to grab some amazing steaks after hike. And we damn sure grab those steaks and it was awesome. Thanks to them we hit off 2019 without a hitch.
