★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top value for money, super clean and fantastic owners who take pride in their lodge. I wasn't sure about the whole sharing kitchens and bathrooms thing but this was a breeze here. We had a great time.e with a group of friends and be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend to stay here when in National Park, Tracey is the most kind host I have ever come across. Rooms are super clean and tidy, plenty of showers, great communal kitchen with good quality equipment. I definitely will stay there again !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very homely and warm place to stay. Great lounge, games and cooking facilities with no extra hidden charges. Very hospitable hosts. We stayed in the economy family room (internal, no windows) and it was surprisingly roomy and very comfortable. Good value for money, would definitely stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay for a trip to do the Tongariro crossing! Amazing friendly hosts who saved us off the side of the road when we broke down just out of town. The room and shuttle package was fantastic, with the hosts kindly making sure we made the bus on time. Would 100 percent recommend and would definitely stay again if traveling in the area.

Your contagious smiles and wanting to go above and beyond to make our stay even better made it hard for us to leave.
Your lodge is beautiful, you have turned it into a place where anyone feels welcome from the moment you walk through the front door.
The upgrades are top notch everywhere you look.
I highly recommend Manowhenua Lodge, National Park. Not only that, they also run National Park Shuttles taking passengers to and from the Tongariro Crossing. Their knowledge and expertise comes from being born and bred in National Park so who better to have on board your bus but Thomas and Tracey. I would have rated you 10 but this only goes up to 5.
We'll be back for more fun and adventure for sure ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tracey is very friendly and explained to us how we should treat it as if we are at home. The place is clean and homey indeed. The lounge is great, packed with lots of fun. Our kids enjoyed it. Thanks Tracey. We will definitely come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, tidy, warm and inexpensive! Had a great stay and loved the lounge with the pool table and table tennis. FYI The showers are in a common area but are private cubicles. Tracey and Thomas are great hosts!
