★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady receptionist was wearing dirty gloves while having us checked-in (while accessing the computer, etc.). UNHYGIENIC.
When we rang to enquire if they had something that we forget to bring, rudely said, “no we don’t have them”, and just got hung up. UNPROFESSIONALISM.
We requested for tea bags and was told will be delivered. Waited all day and we ended up going to the reception to personally pick-up as no one was able to deliver as told. INEFFICIENCY.
I personally think that their staff need training to be able to live up to the expectations as advertised to be a ‘4-star hotel’ and a ‘luxurious’ accomodation. Clearly, these has not been observed by us. The lady receptionist have to realize that we are paying customers and don’t lodge there for free!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice big rooms at a decent price. It's about a 20 minute walk through the park to get to the central city as well. The entrance is a little weird to get to as it's not on the main road, but your nat sav will help get you there. Parking is available in a parking building connected to the motel but you have to park at the top. Rooms are great but could do with a lick of paint but that's all. There is a kitchenette, sofa, spa bath and shower, table and more. Currently there is no breakfast being served though and that hasn't been updated at Booking.com as we were only informed about this when we arrived. Front desk is not always manned so be prepared for that as well. Would be happy to stay again.

Horrible noise when shower was running, king bed not superking, found food and golf tee on the floor as well as mould in shower. Parking in in a parking building and is limited and not suitable for large vehicles. window latches missing so couldn't block out much road noise.
