★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this morning and enquired about extending my lease. The man behind the counter, who also runs the motel, picked up my hotel fob and told me it wasn't Rent a Dent. Showed him the correct fob to which he stated it was from Auckland therefore couldn't help different computer package. I asked couldn't you phone them and do it over the phone. I was told not possible do it yourself! Customer service 0 out 10 thanks Rent a Dent Te Anau!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only option to rent a car a Te Anau. Location is central to town centre. Transaction was easy, car had done over 180 000kms and had seen better days but was clean and tidy, did the job. Was able to leave at Queenstown near Airport. Was sent a reminder regarding booking the day before. Overall very happy with service and quality of car for the price.
