They're patient, helpful, give you all the time you need and are very knowledgeable. There was a minor miscommunication that Sam (sorry I didn't catch his name in person, just going by my receipt lol) fixed up for me. Absolutely top quality service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into shoe science with an intention to upgrade my well out of date running shoes. I am a twice a week runner, and running fairly consistent 7-7:30min kms. I was met by I believe keely (sorry if I have that wrong), and she spent quality time making sure she was putting me in the best shoes for me. This resulted in having to order the perfect pair.
After picking my new asics kayano shoes I went for my first run and found I was running much faster and kept slowing myself down. By the end my watch tracker said I was running at 6min kms. I am amazed! Thank you very much team, especially keely!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kelly was the very knowledgeable and helpful person who listened to my needs, and spent quite a lot of time helping me choose the best shoe for me. I was not pressured into any heavy sales pitch, she knows about foot anatomy as well as the shoe science, she brought forward many options, and in the end, I was really glad we happened on Shoe Science, when we were, in fact, looking for the Skechers store. Very happy with the personal service here .
