β β β β β I'm sorry but this branch used to be awesome, I know your busy but the restaurant had dirty floors, the order machines where covered in finger prints and old food and I went to the toilet, left without using. Clearly not enough staff. And why are all the cafes un man, I will go somewhere else for my coffee next time

β β β β β Laughing and making fun of customers needs sorting. A simple yes or no would've been enough. Other staff seemed suprised at Diana's yelling and laughing. It seemed like she was trying to impress someone. I was not and was offended when she decided to yell my question across the restaurant to her colleagues. Bad form!!! ?

β β β β β This is what you get when you pay $15.00 for a meal. I only asked to remove chicken patty and have cheese n salad in the burger. No one can be full eating this half cheese burger. Very annoying

I visited this store this morning. I was refused to make an order because I donβt have a car ??? It does not make sense. How about the people who cannot afford the car? They are not eligible to buy McDonaldβs?????
The store manager never showed up when I asked for a reasonable clarification so that I can give the feedback and make the complain. They just asked me to leave. I was unhappy with the rule, also, super angry with the attitude the manager had. At least, she should turn up and listen to the customerβs feedback and complain.
I felt very disappointed with the experience I had this morning. I would say this was the worst experience I had in McDonald.

β β β β β Simple order wasn't made correctly. How hard is it to put bacon in a bagel? Whoever was on sandwich duty this morning did not care about disappointing the customer. Also I tried 4 times to call over an hour period without an answer so it would seem the problem lies in management who also doesn't seem to care about customer service. Sort it out.
