★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service! The staff are very helpful and friendly, many thanks to Matt who went the extra mile to help me out. Its clear that the 2 Degrees Glenfield staff genuinely have their customers best interests in mind. Also thanks to Karen who helped put my screen protector on my phone and answered any technical questions I had.

I would not recommend 2 degree if someone is pre ordering a phone from them. They delayed my phone for 1 and half months saying stock is not available.
Sachin and the rest of the stafff they dont know how to properly give good service to their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first came into 2degrees Glenfield Mall looking to buy a new phone. What served by guy that was very kind and real helpful. I did not know that he lied to me I feel that he just want me to sign up for 2degrees when asked for my bank account information didn't tell me that there was going to be a charge straight away. All I hade from have a new phone from them is problems. You would think a new phone would work good but it doesn't work right.

I would not recommend 2 degree glenfield if someone is going there to buy phone. One staff told us that they have phone in stock and within 2 minutes another staff went inside the store room to check whether they have stock or not as he did not know that we have already came in store before 2 minutes ago. He responded negative and said they don't have stock which is rude. Felt like they had some conversation in store room with the lady. Very bad experience. ?
Especially the lady was very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice store conveniently located inside the Glenfield mall.
The store is easily approachable in the mall in the main atrium.
Staff are competent and helpful.
When I interacted with them, I felt they offered genuine advice instead of making a sale.
The mobile phones and accessories range is up to date and well displayed for a quick try on.
Old mobiles recycling collection is also available.
One can easily drop in their old mobiles, obsolete hardware etc. for recycling.
Highly rated and recommended.

Would not recomend this store to anyone

Daughters phone been replaced once when new, then 5 mths later has had to go in 3 times to be fixed so hasn't had phone for near 4mths.
Ask for credit so can buy a different phone and pay the difference under consumers act, manager said she has to take phone and sell it herself if she wants credit as manager had ordered phone in without asking first, then proceeds to lie and say her grandmother or father had ok'd the replacement when they didn't, not to mention the security issue around her apparently allowing others to action things on someone else's account.
Fighting for fare, what a crock

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since to post it I am giving 1 star otherwise it should be zero. The person (Sachin) who was taking my complaint had no clue what to do. What he was doing is calling the same toll free number which I did yesterday 45 min on hold for two times and call got cut off. When he took the request it was giving some error and he don’t have any clue what to do. He told me he said the details to his manager and I don’t have any confirmation, as per him I will get confirmation after one week. Wasted another 30 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in with my phone during a lunch break. The person who assisted me was the best. I had an issue with my mobile data and they went to every length to solve the issue. Didn't seem like an easy fix but they persisted after contacting their back office team. Other worker sounded very friendly with other customers while he dealt with them. Will be happy to deal with them again and recommend them.
