★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I had issues with my phones's speaker. These guys get it fixed but a day after, I noticed they've deactivated the fingerprint, so went there again. Two days after, I noticed the speaker is still problematic. For the third time, I took 1 hour off my work and went there to get it fixed but they didn't have the part. I asked for a refund, they kept me waiting for more than half an hour for a simple refund and behave in a very unacceptable manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The photographer was not kids friendly at all—very impatient and showed his frustration when my kid was not in the right angle. Also, it is overpriced. Had I known earlier, I should have gone to Life pharmacy. He charges $25 for digital passport photo and $40 for digital and hard copy whereas Life pharmacy only charges $20 and $25.

Installed a screen protector for my phone. In less than 12 hours air bubble started forming. Also found out the screen protector they used was not the right size, when i clearly mentioned the model name. Whole point of paying $25 in store for a $3 screen protector is to get it installed properly.
Had to replace it the next day, complete waste of money.
