★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V bad service, AC not functioning, when we informed at the office about the suffocation in the room the man replied I can't help. Next morning the room service lady didn't clean our room. We told her that we'll vacate the room for her to clean in just 2 minutes but she said I'm going to see my boss, when I asked her will you come back she said the same thing n never came back. We returned home from a long day only to see our room not cleaned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room did feel a little dated with some of the raggedy finishes with the wall paper I had a single bed which was very soft and a bit hopeless as it did move around through the night but the linen was clean an ample supply of towels and the staff were welcoming and charming even at the end of there shift and I aplaude that

Property didn’t offer a refund for that night.
Do not recommend this place to stay.

2) soft and smooth tissue provided
3) good quality towels provided
4) comfortable bedding
5) simply yet delicious breakfast provided
6) nice taopo lake view from a distance

Cons:
1) lack of maintenance - tabs
2) limited cutlery available
3) the heater could be better
4) bathroom needs ventilation exhaust
5) staircase is the only way to get upstair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Spa was not working and hadn't for a very long time. Would have been nice to have been told before we took the room and got ready only to find out.
Had to re make my daughter's bed from scratch as the electric blanket was round the wrong way making it impossible to plug in.
The Bathroom sink taps had never had a clean.
The fridge froze all our food solid and it was not the dial being in the wrong place.
We were thankful it was warm and dry but think somethings need sorting for future.
