I showed up at this place to look around for a guitar and the store guy was already busy with a customer showing some pianos
I waited for a while, around 10 mins or little more than that and was completely ignored
I know a sale was in progress and expected him to come by and say that I might need to wait for a bit as the sale was in progress.I felt being not appreciated coming to the store and ignored.
The least he could've done is to come by and say that it might take a while to attend me and I can come at a later time or wait as you wish
But none happened and I walked out and went to another store nearby and their service was fantastic
Customer experience is a journey and the promise that comes with it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here few weeks ago and purchased two ukelele for me and my daughter. I also purchased tuner however I could not find it once I get home, only have an empty box in a bag. Went back to the shop and explained what happened, they were happily to post me a tuner. As soon as I received the tuner, the originally one magically appeared, it was in the bag of the ukelele. So what happened was the person who sold us these proactively helped us to put battery in the tuner and left in the pocket, unfortunately I completely not aware or daydream at the time, when I called back to apologize they were very forgiven and ask me to keep them for my daughters Ukelele. Just want to say a big thank you and sorry for the trouble ?
