β β β β β Fantastic service! I showed up last week Monday morning to Shorecare Northcross with a hand injury. All the staff there were great, welcoming & very friendly but one person stuck out to me & that was Dr. Walid Waked. Such a kind nature, again very calming & attentive, made sure I knew what was going on & explained each step as he treated me.
Thanks so much guys - I appreciate all the fantastic service your offer to our community, even under covid conditions, keep up the good work.

β β β β β Very smooth, professional and organized service. Everyone did a very good job from the screening at the entrance to triaging by the nurse which was careful thorough and kind to the doctor (Sam Wootton) who did a precise examination.

β β β β β Such a disappointment.. Wife has taken our 3 year old here twice before and had good experiences, but today, after waiting 3.5 hours we just decided to leave. Waiting 3.5 hours for a toddler to see a doctor is just unacceptable. If they told ua the wait would be as long we could have gone to our gp and wait. Never going back.
