β β β β β The team at Shorecare were great looking after my daughter. Processing and seeing one of the nurses quickly. All the while friendly and professional. Especially the nurse who was stationed checking everyone before you could enter and Jessica, who is one of the nurses.Thanks team fantastic job!

β β β β β Brought in a sick 2 week old and had amazing care. The medical professionals are under so much pressure right now but it never affected their care.
Special mention for Bobbie an incredible nurse who quickly identified our sons need and didnβt flinch as he did what babies do when cold air hits them. She is such an asset to the team.

β β β β β 10/10 service! Everyone that I talked to from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors were super friendly, probably the best service I've ever had at a medical centre. This was my first time visiting a medical centre since moving to the shore from East Auckland and I just want to say I'm super impressed. The nurses and doctors even went the extra mile to talk to me about my nursing studies which was really cool.

β β β β β Nurses very patient, efficient and friendly despite being very busy. Especially the nurse at greeting spot screening c19. Nurse Hana especially helpful and reassuring while keeping it light.
Dr Adrian very thorough. Dr Scott very knowledgeable, reasonable, attentive and friendly. I felt well looked after.
Would have only one suggestion. Create a system whereby I can wait in my car to be seen, and called in as the nurse or doctor is about to be available

β β β β β Really wonderful service from the team today. There was a guy in the waiting room who was making me uncomfortable, asking personal questions, moving closer to me. After doing the usual bring up the boyfriend routine he implied that my boyfriend ought to snap me up before somebody "better" comes along.
While he was away, a nurse discreetly wheeled me around the corner and asked me if I was okay. I am flabbergasted at how thoughtful that was. She made me feel very comfortable. All the nurses and doctor were very kind and patient. Thank you

β β β β β Staff were awesome! Nurses April and Sara were very patient and helpful with giving a tetanus shot to my son who has Autism. Even though it took some time, they were very supportive and professional. And cleaning and dressing his wound was done really well. No complaints from my son and he even dozed off for a bitβthatβs how calm he was. Having that kind of experience for someone with autism is very important to us. Thank you for all your hard work!

We have had to go multiple times for our family and only had good experiences with the nurses and doctors. 10/10 recommend this A&E. Thank you so much for your hard work during this time!
