β β β β β Very disappointed. I purchased my game online for click and collect. I also called the store to confirm my order, was told it was ready for pick up anytime/day. My kids were super excited, looking forward to the new Sonic game, however they informed us that one of the staff sold it to somone else. It was the last game left in-store and other branches. It's so unfair to think I had the hold of the last game and paid. They just offered a refund so casually like we're some meaningless customers to them. Refund doesn't solve the issue. That's poor customer service to sell off somone else's order and brush it off with refund.
