Booked a car online for our trip that was available on line, which included pick up from airport. Arrived at queenstown no pick up. Ring them to find out the car wasn't available. Why are you advertising it's available? The guy on the end of the line was rude as. Was pretty much better luck next time. You took all our details including our card details. Sounds like you are running some kind of scam. Sort your business out. Fully not acceptable. Will never book with you again and will tell everyone to stay away from you. On the other hand go rentals was absolutely lovely and sorted our issue out within 2mins.

The managers Nyron and Steve were super helpful and all round great guys, they seemed pretty busy but they made time to make sure we had everything we needed. Price's were great and so was the car, would highly recommend this rental company hands down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to book a car with RaD Car Hire and despite being available on the website my booking was rejected and no similar cars in my budget were available. My friend booked a similar car hours after me and did secure a car! 4 days later the website still shows these vehicles available.
When I inquired further about the website I was informed I need to speak to head office. Really poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just under 3 weeks ago, as a previous satisfied customer, I went online to get some quotes for car hire in December. When I went to book today, the price on the Forester had jumped $35 a day, approx 30% increase. I rang to check this out only to be told it was the "computer program", obviously set to" rip off" mode.
For a friendly, family run business your algorithm has cost you a $2500 hire and a previously happy customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company are honest and reliable in their dealings, and I think they could be the cheapest in Queenstown. The late model Subaru XV we hired was clean, tidy and very comfortable. The team were friendly and professional to deal with. Highly recommend RaD as a non-rip-off car rental company. They also gave us a ride back to the airport for a minimal fee.
