★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ease of location makes using GO rentals worth while. Everytime I visit Queenstown, I only use GO. I highly recommend using the app to check in. It saves so much time. I check in once my flight lands and complete the electronic paperwork before getting off the plane. It's a quick walk across the pedestrian crossing from the terminal.

I had to change my booking date at least 5 times with lockdowns so felt I was a high touch customer and it was very easy and personable staff to deal with each time. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick and easy online booking. Customer service was friendly and efficient. Car was clean and tidy and reliable. A little harder to find as the business is located across the road from Queenstown airport. Apart from that would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would definitely recommend Go Rentals. The whole process was so smooth and easy and the app was a definite bonus. The staff were amazing with a friendly attitude that had our holiday starting off in a great way!
The car we hired was also very nice and looked like it had just come off the showroom floor.... very impressed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to change our booking a number of times due to COVID-19 restrictions, Go Rentals were fantastic every time.
Post hire summery sheet with vehicle check was emailed before we even boarded our flight so I didn't have to worry about additional charges for any unseen damage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good experience with Go Rentals Queenstown. The location was easy - right by the airport, and no dramas or delays with picking up the Outlander. Customer service was super friendly, vehicle was new and very clean. We did have an issue with a chip in the windscreen morphing into a crack over the course of the vacation, but Go stayed in contact throughout the trip to make sure we were safe to keep going. Another thing I liked was that the no excess insurance option was affordable, other rental companies really try and squeeze every dollar out of you for peace of mind on your holiday. I'll use Go Rentals next time I'm in QT for sure.

Staff were friendly and had great local knowledge of where to visit. Car was modern and clean inside and out.
