Being served by a lady called Wileen and my goodness she is amazing, i don't know how many questions and enquiries she helped me with and even was calling around to see if another branch has the item am looking for. Also was super friendly with my kids, she made time for my almost 4yr old's questions and listened to her stories while she was carrying on with her tasks! BOTANY STORE ALL YOUR STAFF ROCKS THAT'S WHY WE HAVE BEEN COMING BACK SINCE I BECAME PREGNANT IN 2014.
