★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accommodation is well appointed with all the amenities for a short stay.
Log burner to keep you warm during those winter nights.
1 double bed room and one double bed in the lounge.
Ideally positioned down from the hotel, which allows for a relaxed stay where you can retire out of the range of the hub, hub of a busy Hotel.
Hosts were able to provide all the information for a great stay.
Will definitely stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite an awesome place. Fully self contained with a bonus of a help yourself continental breakfast.
Spacious, with a large couch and comfy chair plus double bed in the lounge. And a separate bedroom with another double.
And being an ex butchers shop the front door opens directly onto the footpath so you can see the comings and goings of the village.
There is a covered outdoor seating area.
Just a couple of things prevented me from giving 5 stars, the out door area could have benefited from a sweep and one of the chairs there was falling to bits , plus the bedroom had a very uneven floor, which could put you on your arse if you'd had a few beverages or were already a little unsteady on your feet. And the supplied milk in the fridge had expired that day.
But a can definitely recommend staying here, even In Winter it would be nice as there is a wood burner and firewood.
PS. The home made plum jam was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only down side was the wet. Couldn't see any views. Lovely and homely. Quirky is our word of the year. Kitchen tap could do with a tighten up. Shower pressure A1!!!! Basic but good breakfast. Neighbours a bit nosy during the night....( the 4 legged baaaaaa kind)
