★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warm room to come into on a cold night. We were late and staff made sure we could get in. Good off street parking. Milk in the fridge for a hot cuppa. COMFORTABLE bed :) extra blanket and pillows if needed. Good kitchenette & bathroom facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Franz joseph is a small town surrounded by beautiful white glaciers and mountains, and Bella vista is a great place to stay in getting access to town and its beauty.
Rooms are tidy and service is very good here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most genuine and friendliest of welcomes, when I arrived. I got told the basic layout of the town and where was good to eat dinner, go for hikes have a beer. My room was ready waiting and the heater was on. The room has luxurious smelling liquid soap and body wash, plunger coffee and very comfortable bed. Highly rrcommend
