★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in looking for specific pop products and the service and info I received from Mel was absolutely top notch. She is so friendly and helpful in helping me find what I wanted and even showed me the pre-order book which I had NO IDEA about when visiting other eb games stores. Top notch staff member you have there she is absolutely amazing and so friendly. Kudos EB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to give a quick shout out to your team member Samantha! She was absolutely epic and our little interaction made my day! Came by today (29/03) around 5pm-ish on a whim with my girlfriend just to see what was in store. I recalled while we were there that she needed a new headset and while she was distracted looking at other things I quickly grabbed Samantha's attention and between the two of us we sneakily managed to sort me getting a decent headset and even getting it packaged in another box to keep up the surprise (even though my girlfriend realized something was up).
Honestly made my day, what an epic team member! ?

From start to finish I endured a rollercoaster of emotions I would have never expected when I woke up that morning. Truly a life changing experience, facilitated by a tall handsome young man, Max was his name. Highly recommend all those within the area to come along and have a day to remember.
